Bedding

Richdale Plastics manufacture a full range of mattress bags and bedding film.
Our mattress bags and film are highly durable for protection against dust and damage.

Our bags range from cot to super king, and can be made to whatever strength you require. They are also supplied perforated on a roll for your convenience.

Protection Films

Richdale Plastics has developed a range of high-quality self-adhesive protection films for use in a variety of markets ranging from automotive, glass, steel, aluminium and décor to name a few. Our films leave no residue when removed and is made at our site in Mentone. We can custom make our protection films to suit your requirements.

Plain/Printed Rewind

Richdale Plastics fully equipped manufacturing facility can provide both printed and plain rewinds. These can be used in a wide range of applications and can be manufactured from LDPE, BOPP or Laminate films.

Our rewind films can be printed up to 8 colours, with print repeat as small as 40mm all the way up to 1100mm on our WindMöller and Hölscher 8 Colour CI flexographic Printing Press.

Bags & Liners

Richdale Plastics can manufacture bags and liners to suit your needs. These can be manufactured specifically for your application, customising the size, gusset, gauge, colour and print to suit your requirements. Our bags and liners can be produced in both “Loose” and “Bag on Roll’ formats.

Timber Wrap

Richdale Plastics have developed an extremely strong film for timber wrap. Our film is puncture resistance and UV stabilised, providing timber packs with light fast protection to ensure stored timber packs are maintained in premium condition.

Our film can also be printed to enhance branding out in the market place.
