Extrusion
Richdale Plastics are leading the way with the most up to date machinery in Australia. In 2016, we bought Australia’s first 7 layer blown film line, allowing us to advance our knowledge and capabilities into more complex structures, including barrier films. Fast forward to 2020, we have now implemented Australia’s first and only 9 layer blown film line, allowing us to expand further into asymmetrical structures and more technical films.
Printing
Richdale Plastics has recently installed a world class 8 colour CI printing press. Allowing for speeds of up to 400m/min along with the capability of printing large repeats of up to 1130mm, we have the ability and technical knowhow to meet and exceed your printing needs.
Lamination
Richdale Plastics has the facilities in place to cater for your lamination requirements. Whether it’s a duplex and triplex laminate, or a technical film coating we have the ability to meet your needs. We have the capability of running both solvent and solventless adhesives, please contact us for more information.
Slitting / Conversion
Richdale plastics has a number of high-speed slitting machines as well as a wide range of conversion machinery. Whether it’s loose bags, bag on roll, or wicketted bags, we have a solution for you.
