Richdale Plastics are very proud to announce the installation of our new WindMöller & Hölscher Varex II – 9 layer Co-extrusion line. The new addition, complements our existing extrusion capabilities which includes a WindMöller & Hölscher Varex II – 7 layer Co-extruder and a Reifenhauser 3 – layer Co-extrusion line.
Richdale Plastics recognised the need for a local manufacturer to be able to provide films to the Australian market, that equals and exceeds European films. For this reason, we have installed these 2 amazing machines (W & H Varex II – 7 & 9 Layer co extrusion lines) at our facility in Mentone Victoria.
The addition of the W&H 9 – layer line allows us to produce technically advanced films to meet today’s requirements on flexible packaging.
The lines produce film that are capable of;
- Providing barrier,
- Can be “Recycle ready”
- Flat profiled film for excellent processing on clients’ lines
- World’s best gauge control
